You should now have access to the Carton Inventory Database file shared through OneDrive!
Setup Overview
Accept the invite from the Office 365 email informing you about access to bc365CartonDB.xlsx, then pin the file to your Excel app for easy access. When a new item comes in to be added to the Inventory database, insert a new row into the file, follow the formatting, add the data, and exit. The new item will be available through NiceLabel shortly!
Important Note
Don't move, copy, or modify the structure of the file, because it is being shared across the network and is formatted specifically to work with our NiceLabel templates.
Accept Invitation
To access this file simply follow the shortcut and instructions in the invitation email from Office 365
Once that's done you can open it through Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, or the Office portal moving forward, and any changes will sync across all devices automatically.

Updating the Inventory Sheet
Editing the sheet is a matter of overwriting cells and saving, which is easy! But to ADD a new ITEM you'll want to preserve formatting. The best way to do this is highlighting the whole row, clicking the drag point, and extending it down. It's crucial that there are four digits in Column A with leading zeros, Column C has 0.000 decimals, and Column E has a formula to build the Item Code.
