Most workstations at New York Label have a remote connection tool already installed, however sometimes we'll need to help with a machine without that tool, and ask you to install Splashtop SOS. This application will allow a technican to connect and remote support your machine after you run this app, and provide a nine-digit code. Once the support session is finished, and the connection is severed, nobody will be able to reconnect again until the tool is run again.
