Normally you could just take a screenshot by pressing PrtScn on your keyboard, then paste the result into an application.
HOWEVER, most PCs here at NYL&B have Greenshot installed.
To take a screenshot with Greenshot press PrtScn on your keyboard, you'll see a magnifying glass and a set of crosshairs pop up.
Click and drag the crosshairs across the area you want to capture, then let go.
A menu will drop that will allow you to copy the image as is to paste, save it, or open it in the Greenshot editor. (illustrated below)
If you want even more options, you can right click the Greenshot icon in your taskbar.
